Can MediaWrap design your website?

Yes. MediaWrap has several in-house expert web designers as well as contractors. We can design your website if you don't have one. We can also redesign and add dynamic features to your website. If you want to build your own website, you can do so with RapidWeaver



Do you provide internet access?

No. We only do hosting. However, we recommend Westnet.



If there is a problem, how soon MediaWrap will fix it?

We will fix it as soon as possible when notified. Otherwise, we should respond to you within one business day.



My email application cannot send or receive email from your server. Why?

Have you set up your email application properly?

Check Apple Mail and Entourage setup details.



I can receive email - but when I try to send it, I get an error. Why?

You probably have not enabled SMTP authentication in your email client application. Also, perhaps your username or password is not correct. Note that your username or Account ID should be the same as your full email address i.e. username@yourdomain.com.au



My email application doesn't work. I can't send or receive email. How do I contact you then?

You can contact us using the online form.



I want to change my email password, how do I do so?

Please contact us. Also, provide us with your current full email address and the password. We may contact you to verify this request.

My email is being blocked, complaining it has words used in spams. Why?

Due to heavy spams we have applied some restrictions on our server to block emails with sexually explicit words. If your email contains such words then please exclude them.


How do I change my files in the web server?

You need to log in using an FTP application at ftp.yourdomain.com.au. FTP username and password must have been provided to you during signup.

Can I get shell access?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons we do not allow shell access.

Why can't I delete the "WS_Admin" folder in my web server?

This folder has website statistics which are maintained by the server software. Hence, modification of this folder may not be possible.
