For example if you work for company "xyz" then your domain name is probably "xyz.com.au" or similar.
If you do not know these then contact the person in your company who have set up the domain name and user accounts with us. Most probably he/she is the company director or IT supervisor.
In the following pictures, please replace "youraccount" with your account id or username. Also, "yourdomain" with your company domain name. For example, if you work for company "xyz" then it is "xyz".
1. Start Apple Mail by clicking on the Mail icon from your dock or Double Click on the Mail application of your Applications folder:

2. If Mail is running for the first time, follow the prompts given. If not, go to Mail->Preferences-> Accounts

3. Click on the Add Account button which is the "+" icon at the bottom left.

4. Choose Account Type Pop

5. Fill in the Account Form details:

Account Description : this will be the account name that Apple Mail will show. You can have anything here. E.g. Sales, Personal, Support, Your name etc...
Full Name : Your name that others will see when you send them an email.
Email Address : Your Email address that others will see the address email is coming from.
6. Fill in the server and access credentials details:

When you click continue, Apple mail will check the connection details and will advise if there is any problem.
Note : User Name must be your full email address
7. Leave SSL unticked and Authentication as password:

8. Choose your ISP's SMTP gateway server as the Outgoing Mail Server:

Bigpond : mail.bigpond.com
Optus : mail.optusnet.com.au
iiNet : mail.m.iinet.net.au
Internode: mail.internodeon.net
Westnet : mail.westnet.com.au
You may need to contact your ISP if username and password was required.
9. If all setup, you should see the summary page and click OK.
